The Monthly In-Out Report gives you a precise, day-by-day breakdown of when each employee started and ended their workday throughout a selected month. It’s your go-to report for spotting attendance patterns, ensuring punctuality, and verifying shift adherence—all in one clean view.

This report is especially useful for organizations that rely on time-based workflows or need to closely monitor daily attendance and work hours.

🔍 What This Report Shows

For every employee, the report displays a row with:

  • All Dates of the Selected Month: Shown across columns for an easy horizontal view.

  • Daily Punch-In & Punch-Out Times: Each date will reflect the exact time the employee logged in and out.

  • Absent or Weekly Off Days: If no punches are recorded for a specific date, it will clearly show:

    • Absent – when the employee didn’t report to work.

    • Weekly Off – if the day falls under the scheduled weekly off.

  • Total Present Days: At the end of the row, this shows how many days the employee was present during the month.

  • Total Absent Days: Shows how many days the employee was marked absent.

This format makes it incredibly easy to review punctuality, identify patterns of absenteeism, and audit work hours.
