The Break Report gives you a clear view of when and how often your employees take breaks—whether it’s for lunch, tea, or any custom break. It’s designed to help managers understand break patterns, encourage healthy habits, and ensure company break policies are being followed without compromising productivity.
📅 Two Ways to View Breaks
This report comes with two powerful tabs, each built to give you insights at different levels:
🔹 Daily Tab
See all the breaks taken by employees on a selected day. It shows:
Break Type (Lunch, Tea, etc.)
Start Time
End Time
Duration
💡 Use this when you want to quickly understand how much break time was taken by whom on a particular day.
🔸 Monthly Tab
Want the bigger picture? The Monthly tab shows each break taken on each day of the selected month.
For every break type, it shows how much time was spent on each date.
You get a day-wise breakdown, with total duration shown for every break taken.
💡 This view is perfect for spotting patterns like frequent long breaks or missed breaks, and for reviewing overall break behavior across the month.
