Filters
Filters in We360.ai are powerful tools that help you zero in on the data that matters most. Whether you’re analyzing performance across teams or diving deep into user-specific insights, filters make it easy to get the exact data you need—faster and smarter.
🧭 Why Use Filters?
Filters allow you to:
Narrow down data by Team, User, or Date
Customize dashboards to match your analysis goals
View performance for a specific group, department, or timeframe
Improve efficiency by removing irrelevant data points
📌 Pin Filters
What is Pinning?
The Pin Filter feature lets you save your selected filters across dashboards. Once pinned, your filters remain active as you move between different features in We360.ai—saving time and maintaining consistency.
✅ What Can Be Pinned?
Team Filter
User Filter
Date Filters (Date Range, Single Date, Month Picker)
✅ Custom Filters (newly added support)
📝 Important Notes:
Users and Teams share a single pin—pinning one applies to both.
Pinned Date filters only apply across compatible modules (e.g., a pinned date range will not apply to features with a single date picker).
Pinned Custom Filters apply only where the same fields are available.
🛠️ How to Use Pin Filters
Apply filters (Team, Users, Date, or Custom) in any module.
Click the pin icon next to each filter to lock it.
Navigate to any other feature—your pinned filters remain in effect.
Unpin to reset filters manually.
Use Clear Filter to remove all filters except Date (resets to "Last 7 Days").
📋 Columns & Custom Filters
🧾 Columns
When viewing tables or exporting reports, you can select from standard and custom data fields to personalize your view.
Any custom fields you've added while creating users are automatically included as selectable columns.
🎯 Custom Filters
Custom Filters allow you to filter data using user-specific information such as names, IDs, roles, and more.
✅ Custom Filter Features:
Can now be pinned like other filters
Use AND-only conditions (not OR)
Perfect for building precise, role-based, or region-specific views
Example:
Let’s say you want to view employees in the Sales team whose Employee ID starts with "SAL" and whose Role is "Manager".
To do this:
Use the Team filter to select Sales
Then apply a Custom Filter:
Set Employee ID to "contains" or "starts with"
SAL
Add another condition for Team Role and set it to
Manager
This way, you’ll get a focused list of employees matching all the specified criteria.
Feature modules and type of date filters?
We have a date range filter, single date picker filter, and month picker filter. So, pinning the date range filter will only affect the features which have date range filters only and not single date or month filters.
