The Change Team feature in We360.ai enables admins to update the team assignments of multiple users in just a few clicks—ideal for reorganizing departments or adjusting structures efficiently.
Steps:
Navigate to the Users Tab
Go to Settings > User Management > Users tab to view the list of all employees.
Select Users to Update
Check the boxes next to the users whose teams you wish to change. You can select multiple users at once.Open the Action Menu
Click the triple-dot kebab menu (⋮) located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Choose “Change Team”
From the dropdown, select Change Team. A popup will appear showing the selected users.Assign New Teams
Use the dropdown next to each user’s name to select their new team.Confirm the Update
Click the Change Team button to apply changes. Team assignments will be updated instantly.
