🔒 Domain Blocking

Domain Blocking restricts website access across teams, with smart controls —ensuring focused work and compliance.

Updated this week

The Domain Blocking feature in We360.ai empowers organizations to restrict access to specific websites across selected teams or the entire organization. Designed to enhance focus, compliance, and digital discipline, this tool offers full control over how and where internet usage policies are applied.

🚀 What does Domain Blocking do?

  • Blocks access to selected domains (URLs) for either specific teams or across the organization.

  • Applies rules differently based on the blocking method chosen.

  • Works with both Standard and Stealth users — behavior varies by blocking mode.

🔐 Blocking Methods Explained

The blocking method determines how access is restricted:

1. Default Method

  • Standard Users: Receive a warning when visiting restricted websites.

  • Stealth Users: Access is automatically blocked.

2. Force Close Method

  • If the user (Standard or Stealth) stays on a restricted site for 30–60 seconds, their browser will automatically close.

✅ Choose your method wisely to align with your organization’s enforcement policies.
