The Field Module in We360.ai is designed to help organizations track and manage employees working outside the office, such as sales representatives or service technicians. This feature provides real-time analytics and valuable insights into the activities of field employees, ensuring better supervision and task management.
Key Aspects of the Field Feature:
Location Tracking: The Field feature provides real-time tracking of an employee’s location. This allows managers to monitor team members' whereabouts during work hours, ensuring they are in the right locations to complete their tasks.
Attendance and Check-ins: Employees can use the mobile app to mark their attendance from the field. They can also check in and out of various client locations or work sites, which automatically records these visits.
How to use the Mobile App:
Download our mobile app available on Android playstore and Apple store.
Give all the permission that has been asked at the time of installation.
Note : Location tracking should always be on in the employee mobile in order to get seamless analytics.Put in We360.ai credentials along with the workspace name in order to authenticate your account.
Click on the "Punch In" button to start
How to check Fields analytics :
Open the we360.ai admin panel.
Locate the "Field" module in "Real Time" option available in the left side panel:
Click on the Employee name and zoom in into the MAP.
You will be able to see the path travelled by the employee highlighted by blue colored lines.
