Requirements

Supported macOS Versions: MyZen supports macOS 11 (Big Sur) and above.

Hardware - MyZen will run with basic hardware configuration, but for a seamless experience, 8 GB RAM and SSD are recommended.

Antivirus and Exceptions - If the system is enabled with any third-party antivirus or Windows firewall, then an exception for the MyZen app needs to be created in the Antivirus or firewall configuration settings to avoid interruption in usage.

Installation Guide for Mac

We360.ai consists of two interfaces. Interface 1 is the MyZen desktop application, which must be installed on every employee's macOS system. Interface 2 is a web application accessible to administrators.

The employee application is named MyZen app and is compatible with macOS. Following the onboarding process, administrators can opt to email employees with instructions to download and install MyZen. This email will include the username, password, and a link to access the MyZen application.

The installation of the MyZen app on macOS is a straightforward plug-and-play process. Follow these steps:

Steps to install MyZen:

Step 1: Double-click to open the “MyZenV2.pkg” file, which will be in the Download folder.

Step 2: A popup will appear; click on the “OK” button. Now, we need to open the settings to proceed further.

Step 3: Open settings and navigate to the tab “Privacy & Security.”

Step 4: Under the tab “Privacy & Security”, scroll down to the section “Security,” where you’ll find the message “MyZenV2 was blocked from use because it is not from an identified developer.” Click on the button “Open Anyway” to proceed further.

Step 11: A popup will ask whether you want to save the downloaded setup file. Click "Keep" to retain it or "Move to Bin" if you don't.

Step 12: Authorisation for screen and audio recording will be required while opening the MyZen app. To proceed, click on the "Open System Settings" button.

Step 13: This step will launch the Accessibility window. Locate "MyZenV2" and toggle it to the "ON" position, as demonstrated in the image below.

Step 14: Click on “Use the password” (or use your Touch ID) and allow it to make the changes.

Step 15: To run MyZen smoothly, we have to “Quit & Reopen” the MyZen application.

Step 16: The setup is complete, and you can log in and commence your work.
