Check Running status
Standard
Open ‘Task Manager’
Search for the application ‘MyZenV2’. If there’s multiple apps running, follow the next steps for each of them.
Right Click → Go to details.
Note the username from the ‘User name’ column. This should match current user.
Stealth
Open ‘Task Manager’
Search for the application ‘MyZenV2s’. If there’s multiple apps running, follow the next steps for each of them.
Right Click → Go to details.
Note the username from the ‘User name’ column. This should match current user.
Also check if application ‘zsrvc’ is running.
Check App version
The installer version is the right indicator of application version. Please note that the app version displayed on the MyZen window will differ. Please check download apps page for latest version information.

Option 2: Find the file
\Program Files\Zenstack\MyZenV2\updater.exe
Right Click → Properties → Details. Note the version
